We strip and powdercoat the stock OEM Harley wheel a bronze color, similar to the ST model Harley Baggers. NEW bearings, tire, and rotors are installed. There is warranty on the new parts, but the wheel is not under warranty since it is used. But it is returnable for any reason, if NOT used.
